If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, have a question, or just want to say hello, please contact us by clicking on the "Support" link in the footer of the website. Our #1 priority is ensuring you have a positive experience. If there is a problem, our goal is to rectify the situation and meet or exceed your reasonable expectations.
We are fully committed to great customer service and the quality of your online shopping experience is important to us. We welcome all forms of feedback. We are a small, family-run operation, so please allow a day or two to properly address your concerns.
How long is order processing and shipping?
Rocket Fuel Vapor Co. offers a variety of shipping services, including expedited shipping through UPS or USPS Priority. Orders process the day they are received (if placed before 12pm CST) and are shipped within one (1) business day, Monday through Friday, except during sales and promotions. Sale processing times can reach 48 hours. If you have not received a tracking number within three (2-3) business days of placing your order, contact us right away. If you have questions about the status of your order, please contact customer support by clicking "Contact" in the footer of this website.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship Rocket Fuel products to many countries around the world. Please be aware that vaping regulations are different from country to country. It is your responsibility to know and understand the customs rules and regulations in your country. Rocket Fuel Vapor Co. is not responsible for international orders that are seized or returned due to restrictions and we will not refund your order under such conditions.
Rocket Fuel offers $25 USPS Priority In'tl (trackable to your door and insured) shipping for orders over $125. Rocket Fuel also offers FREE USPS Priority In'tl (trackable to your door and insured) shipping for orders over $200.
How do I track my order?
Once your order processes and leaves our facility, you will be emailed a notification, at which time you can access your order's tracking number by logging into your account on our website. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update from the time you receive your email notification.
If you are ordering from outside the continental United States, please be aware that tracking information may take several days to update once your package leaves the U.S. Generally, the tracking number will update when the package lands and is checked in overseas.
What should I do if I receive a leaky bottle or broken cap?
Please snap a picture immediately and email it to us, so we can rectify the situation.
If your e-liquid is received and you find the childproof cap is compromised, please take a picture and then immediately dispose of the product. We will ship you a new product. Small children must not have any chance to come in contact with e-liquid. As an adult, it is your responsibility to keep children and pets safe. If you get e-liquid on your skin due to a broken or leaky bottle or cap, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and hot water.
What vaping devices do you recommend?
With so many different vaping devices available to purchase online and in stores, it can be difficult to find the perfect combination of hardware and e-liquid. When vaping Rocket Fuel e-liquids, we recommend using a tank or sub-ohm tank for optimum vaping performance. If you hear gurgling or popping noises when vaping, the device you are using more than likely requires Max VG e-liquids in order to function properly.
If you are having a less-than-satisfactory vaping experience, please contact us and we will do our best to offer helpful tips to improve your experience.
Can I exchange flavors?
New to Rocket Fuel and unhappy with your first e-liquid flavor selection? Send it back to us at least 3/4 full and we'll send you a different flavor (limit of one eliquid exchange per customer). We recommend buying 10 mL sample bottles to find your favorite flavor before investing in larger sizes.
The flavor I ordered does not taste like it usually does, what should I do?
From time to time there can be slight variances in some flavor ingredients we receive from our suppliers. We do our absolute best to ensure the taste of our flavors remains the same each and every batch. If you receive a flavor that does not taste or vape like is usually does, please contact customer service and we will offer you an exchange at no cost, if you return the bottle 3/4 full.
My local vape shop is interested in carrying Rocket Fuel products. How can I help?
First, thank you for taking the time to share Rocket Fuel e-liquids with your local vape shop and/or vape community. In order to help put Rocket Fuel on our local vape shops' shelves, please direct the retail store owner/manager to our website, where they can order wholesale immediately, without jumping through any unnecessary hoops. We will verify their business after their initial order in placed.
Do you offer free samples prior to purchase?
We do not offer free samples of our products. Our 10mL bottles are considered our sample size and are great for trying out our flavors at low prices.
Do you offer sponsorships to reviewers?
We receive an overwhelming amount of inquiries from vape reviewers interested in free samples of our products in exchange for social media exposure. Unfortunately, we do not offer free samples for reviews. If you would like to review our products, we recommend ordering 10mL samples of our e-liquids for testing purposes.
