We are fully committed to great customer service and the quality of your online shopping experience is important to us. We welcome all forms of feedback. We are a small, family-run operation, so please allow a day or two to properly address your concerns.
How long is order processing and shipping?
Orders generally process and ship within one (1) business day, Monday through Friday, except during sales and promotions. Sale processing times can reach up to 72 hours, depending on order volume. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days or 3 business days (during a sale period), or if you have questions about your order, please contact customer support by clicking "Contact".
What shipping options are available?
Rocket Fuel offers a variety of shipping services, including expedited shipping through USPS via Priority, which is an insured shipping service. Please note USPS First Class is not an insured shipping service.
Why am I required to verify my age?
To prevent the sale of Rocket Fuel Vapes e-liquid products to minors and as a requirement by U.S. federal law under the advisement of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), we require customers to securely verify their age before checkout. If you have an account with Rocket Fuel, you will only need to verify your age once. Subsequent orders will not require age verification. Please note your personal data related to age verification will only be used to verify your age and will not be shared or made available for external distribution and is secured using bank-grade security.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship Rocket Fuel products throughout the world via USPS First Class International, USPS Priority International and UPS Worldwide Expedited.
Please be aware that vaping regulations are different from country to country. It is your responsibility to know and understand the local customs laws and regulations in your country. Rocket Fuel Vapes is not responsible for refunding international orders that become seized or returned due to us due to restrictions.
How do I track my order?
Once a shipping label for your package has been processed, you will be emailed a notification, at which time you can access your order's tracking number by logging into your account on our website or going to the USPS or UPS website. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update from the time you receive your email notification. Though, most orders ship within a few hours after a tracking number becomes available.
If you are ordering from outside the continental United States, please be aware that tracking information may take several days to update once your package leaves the U.S. Generally, the tracking number will update when the package lands in your country and the barcode is scanned.
What are your PG/VG ratios?
Our regular (non-Max VG) blends are roughly 70% PG and 30% VG. Our Max VG blends are about 70% VG and 30% PG. Please note there is a +/- 5%-10% variance of PG/VG ratio in some flavors, for proprietary reasons.

What should I do if I receive a leaky bottle or broken cap?
Please snap a picture immediately and email it to us, so we can handle the situation properly.
If your e-liquid is received and you find the childproof cap is compromised, please take a picture and then immediately dispose of the product. We will ship you a new product. Small children must not have any chance to come in contact with e-liquid. As an adult, it is your responsibility to keep children and pets safe. If you get e-liquid on your skin due to a broken or leaky bottle or cap, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and hot water.
What vaping devices do you recommend?
With so many different vaping devices available to purchase online and in stores, it can be difficult to find the perfect combination of hardware and e-liquid. When vaping Rocket Fuel e-liquids, we recommend using a tank or sub-ohm tank for an optimal vaping experience. If you hear gurgling or popping noises when vaping, the device you are using more than likely requires Max VG (thicker) e-liquids in order to function properly.
If you are having a less-than-satisfactory vaping experience, please contact us and we will do our best to offer helpful tips to improve your experience.
Can I exchange flavors?
New to Rocket Fuel and unhappy with your first e-liquid flavor selection? Send it back to us at least 3/4 full and we'll send you a different flavor (limit of one eliquid exchange per customer). We recommend buying 10 mL sample bottles to find your favorite flavor before investing in larger sizes.
The flavor I ordered does not taste like it usually does, what should I do?
From time to time there can be slight variances in some flavor ingredients we receive from our suppliers. We do our absolute best to ensure the taste of our flavors remains the same for each and every batch. If you receive a flavor that does not taste or vape like is usually does, please contact customer service and we will offer you an exchange at no cost, as long as you return the bottle 3/4 full.
My local vape shop is interested in carrying Rocket Fuel products. How can I help?
First, thank you for taking the time to share Rocket Fuel e-liquids with your local vape shop and/or vape community. In order to help put Rocket Fuel on our local vape shops' shelves, please direct the retail store owner/manager to our website, where they can send us an email for more information about carrying Rocket Fuel products.
Do you offer free samples prior to purchase?
We do not offer free samples of our products. Our 10mL bottles are considered our sample size and are great for trying out our flavors at low prices.
Do you offer sponsorships to reviewers?
We receive an overwhelming amount of inquiries from vape reviewers interested in free samples of our products in exchange for social media exposure. Unfortunately, we do not offer free samples for reviews. If you would like to review our products, we recommend ordering 30mL bottles of our e-liquids for testing/review purposes.
